Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Yes OTP (“we”, “us”), a service operated by Ravinder, an individual based in India. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Yes OTP.
1. The service
Yes OTP lets you rent a temporary phone number for a short time to receive an SMS verification code (OTP) for a third-party app or website. Numbers come from upstream telecom partners and are shown to you as “servers”.
- Numbers are temporary and may have been used before, or be reused after you, by other people.
- A number is yours for a limited window (currently about 20 minutes) and only for receiving SMS.
- We don't control third-party apps. They may reject a number, delay or block codes, or later ask to re-verify. We can't guarantee that any service will accept a number or deliver a code.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- Sign in with an email code or Google. Keep access to that email or Google account secure.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@yesotp.store if you suspect misuse.
- One person per account. Don't share, sell or transfer accounts.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Yes OTP only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to:
- commit or help with fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation or identity theft;
- send spam or create accounts in bulk to abuse promotions, referrals, votes or reviews;
- evade a ban, suspension or verification that a platform has applied to you;
- access financial, banking, government or other services where a temporary number is not permitted;
- break any law, including Indian telecom and IT laws, or the terms of the third-party service you verify with.
We may refuse, suspend or close an account involved in misuse, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
4. Wallet and payments
- Purchases are paid from a prepaid wallet in Indian rupees. Top-ups are between ₹10 and ₹10,000 each.
- Card, UPI and netbanking payments are processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
- Wallet balance is for buying numbers on Yes OTP. It earns no interest, can't be transferred to another account, and is not withdrawable to a bank account except as described in the Refund Policy.
- The price shown when you buy is the price you pay. Prices can change between purchases.
5. Refunds
If no code arrives before a number expires, or you cancel before a code arrives, the full price goes back to your wallet automatically. Once a code has been received, the purchase is final. Details are in our Refund Policy.
6. Availability
We work to keep Yes OTP running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. Servers, services and stock change without notice, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or by problems with our partners.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a lost account, lost data or lost business, including where a third-party service rejects a number or blocks an account verified with it.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you topped up on Yes OTP in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Suspension and closure
You can stop using Yes OTP at any time and ask us to close your account at support@yesotp.store. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close an account that did nothing wrong, we will refund its remaining wallet balance to the original payment method.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will give notice on the site or by email. Continuing to use Yes OTP after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts. Please contact us first at support@yesotp.store — most issues can be sorted out quickly.
